José Medina Mora, national president of the Employers' Confederation of the Mexican Republic (Coparmex), explains to CNN the urgency for the Chamber of Deputies to discuss and establish clear rules so that private initiative can invest in the energy sector.
Medina Mora says that in Mexico there are several projects ready to start operations but that, due to the lack of energy that the State itself cannot provide, it is not possible to move forward.
