The Jérémie Cohen affair has brought the hidden issue of insecurity back to the heart of public debate.
At the end of the summer and in the fall, it was still believed that she would structure the presidential campaign, but it was not so.
And the analysis of the lexicon and the concepts associated with insecurity perhaps allows us to understand why.
This vocabulary is revealing of a vision of society, of the sociology which feeds it and of the reading of social relations which accompanies it.
