A woman was killed when a missile fired by the regime forces in Kyiv fell on the town of Novoydar in the Lugansk People's Republic.

"As a result of the Kyiv forces' bombing on the town of Novoydar, a 31-year-old woman was killed," the RIA Novosti news agency quoted the Joint Center for Monitoring and Coordination of the Ceasefire in the Republic as saying today.

Earlier, the General Command of the forces of the Lugansk People's Republic announced that the Ukrainian forces bombed the town of Novoydar with Tochka missiles.

The Russian Defense Ministry had confirmed that the regime forces in Kyiv were preparing with the support of the West to carry out mass massacres against civilians in the Lugansk People's Republic, with the aim of accusing the Russian forces of it.

In another context, the mayor of the city of Melitopol Galina Danilchenko confirmed that the regime in Kyiv has deliberately cut off electricity to the city since the start of the Russian special military operation to protect the residents of Donbass, leaving more than 250 thousand people without electricity, noting that the Russian army helped the local residents remove mines from substations. planted by the Ukrainian Nazis and electricity was fully restored to support life in the city.

"The regime forces in Kyiv are sabotaging infrastructure facilities, strategic installations and water pumping stations in Melitopol, while we resort to the help of the Russian army to guard these stations so that the city is constantly supplied with water, and the same is about gas supplies," she added.
