The exciting meeting:

At the end of March, a terrorist boarded the 364 bus line between Gush Etzion and Jerusalem at Elazar Junction, and seconds later attacked Akiva with a screwdriver and seriously injured him.

Y. saw the incident, took out his weapon and eliminated the terrorist.

This morning (Tuesday), the two met at his head together with other passengers and the head of the Gush Etzion Council, Shlomo Ne'eman.

Akiva and Y., residents of Gush Etzion from various localities, one Lithuanian and the other a Breslav follower.

This is the second time since the attack that they have met, this time under happy circumstances.

This is a meeting of appreciation and a visit by patients initiated by the Gush Etzion Regional Council at the home of Akiva, who is still recovering from his wounds.

They both described what happened from the moment they saw the terrorist at the station until the stabbing.

Each completes his friend and together they discover that they suspected the terrorist even before he tried to carry out his plot.

The meeting ended with a hug and a modest smile and with thanksgiving for the miracle and prayer that we will go through these days and happily enter Passover.

Shlomo Ne'eman, head of the council, said after the meeting: "This event ended miraculously thanks to Y.'s vigilance and response.

We thank you for the miracle and wish Akiva complete healing and a speedy recovery.

And to our enemies we say pity your time and your hopes.

The path of terrorism will eventually hurt you and you will not come out of it alive.

And we will continue to settle our country in full force and glory to no end. "
