MTR Tuen Ma Line signal failure, extra 8 to 15 minutes travel time for trains bound for Wu Kai Sha

At 7:33 a.m. today (13th), the MTR announced that due to a signal failure on the Tuen Ma Line heading towards Wu Kai Sha, the current train is expected to take an additional 8 to 15 minutes of travel time. Passengers are requested to reserve ample time for the journey.

Afterwards, the MTR announced that the incident on the Tuen Ma Line near To Kwa Wan Station had been resolved, and the train service on the Tuen Ma Line gradually returned to normal.
