In 1977,
when we were young, Shalom Hanoch released the great album "A Man Within Himself", and this is also the name of the theme song.
It opens with the words: "A man within himself lives. Sometimes he opens a door to receive an acquaintance", but I heard: "Sometimes a door opens - he gets hit", and when I was an emotional young man, I was sad about the sad person who lived within himself, and until he dared to head out and open Door - he snatches the seal to the front.
Over the years I have stood up for my mistake, but also for the fact that even by mistake there is something.
Getting out of your mothers' door is hard. It's easier to get someone into your territory than to get out. Better someone to sell. But whoever gets out - gets hit, even by the intensity of the surprise that the world is full of people within themselves, and they are not you. A person within himself is living.
Makes sense.
But it's not sure it's premium real estate.
Later in the song, Enoch tells of someone he guards as much as possible, and wonders: "And yet, will I find you tomorrow?".
How many times does he gracefully insert a quote from a rabbi from the Sanhedrin Tractate: "A man close to himself."
The full discussion between Rabba and his Amoraim friends dealt with legal matters, which probably concern less a lonely and in love man.
But this sentence is etched in memory, and is very different from "a man within himself lives."
Some would argue that he is the complete opposite.
An example of the difference between the person who is close to himself and people who live within themselves was provided by the former coalition chairman, Idit Silman. Only because of the resignation of Alon Davidi. Against the background of the Israeli media, it is even more unusual, since it is not unreasonable to guess that most of the media in Israel do not vote for the right, and only a minority are observant. The religious can be said to be recognizable from a mile away, and likewise - not all of them are Bibi voters.
Allegedly, the issue of introducing chametz
to hospitals and IDF bases is just another item in the secular struggle against religion, and sometimes against the religious as well. Bible in a very limited format and with an emphasis on the student experience.

Because she spoke the right language, and because she helped form the right government - she was generously rewarded with sympathetic articles and stylish gates, most notably a pampering interview with Dana Weiss, after Silman reported an assault at a gas station in Modi'in.
Silman opened the club door, and she happily paid the ticket price.
Maybe because she was wrong to think it was a friendship, not a one-time conditional entry.
She may not have understood the terms, nor did she realize that they were not only dealing with a demand for a show of hatred towards the public that until now had been a part of it, but also with a complete alienation from its whole being.
Silman was another version of the person closest to himself, who pursues power and dignity, lies and whines, and both sides of the political map seemed to stand by its nature - those angry, and those happy that they had the opportunity to work as diligently and usefully as she did.
The idyll continued until Health Minister Nitzan Horowitz, between attacks, found it appropriate to remind hospitals not to prevent visitors from introducing chametz.
He did not even bother to ask the visitors that maybe, if it was not difficult for them and if they did not have to - that they would try to leave the pitas at home.
Then another side was discovered in Silman, which surprised many on both sides.
She resigned from the coalition.
The club kicked Silman quickly and efficiently.
Police said the assault investigation file was closed.
In the News 12 studio, which only recently dedicated a sympathetic article by Dana Weiss, Danny Kushmero denounced her as a liar - and the lies she lied to right-wing voters are not really considered.
They are not really people.
"A person close to himself" is a healthy human condition.
"A man within himself is living" is a completely different story.
A person close to himself knows that there are people for whom chametz is important.
He of course does not understand the passage, but is aware of the fact that there are some who do.
But those who live within themselves breathe recycled air in a closed system.
When they open the door - everything is in the power of a blow.
So this is a move they do not often make.
Why take a risk.
Silman's mistake has been written and spoken about, as well as his many flaws.
There is nothing new in them.
Raba and his friends recognized the weaknesses of man, and weighed them into the possible ways of running a company.
But dealing with Silman forgot the mistake of the admissions committee that allowed her to enter the club.
It is made up of friends within whom they live, and who will honestly say "how well you came" only to those who will answer one hundred percent of all their Tinder demands.
Then, after a successful dating series in which she marvels at every word that comes out of their mouths, cleans, arranges and cooks - they do not know their soul is amazed when she is the one who throws them, and more because of a goofy thing like chametz.
