More internet access

Numerous reports of breakdowns have indeed been recorded by the Downdetector site since the beginning of the afternoon, with a peak around 4 p.m.

They mainly concern problems with internet connection and access to 4G and concern Paris and its suburbs but also other large cities in France such as Lyon, Marseille, Aix-en-Provence or Toulon.

On Twitter, some users of Bouygues Telecom services also regretted not being able to access assistance or customer service from the operator.
