Some Ile-de-France residents, Bouygues Telecom customers, are cut off from the internet this Friday.
A phenomenon that affects users of the Bbox service in particular in the south of Île-de-France, as recognized by the operator.

“You may be having difficulty using your Bbox services mainly in the south of Île-de-France. We are doing everything we can to restore the situation as soon as possible. Some services have been gradually returning since 5 p.m. Thank you
,” admitted Bouygues Telecom on Twitter.
More internet access
Numerous reports of breakdowns have indeed been recorded by the Downdetector site since the beginning of the afternoon, with a peak around 4 p.m.
They mainly concern problems with internet connection and access to 4G and concern Paris and its suburbs but also other large cities in France such as Lyon, Marseille, Aix-en-Provence or Toulon.
However, the number of reports tended to decrease from 7:30 p.m.
On Twitter, some users of Bouygues Telecom services also regretted not being able to access assistance or customer service from the operator.
