Three residents were injured last night in a brawl that broke out in Or Akiva, during which a 74-year-old resident of the city was stabbed and his condition was critical.
Another person, 36, was seriously injured and another 22-year-old was lightly injured.
The three were evacuated for treatment at Hillel Yaffe Medical Center in Hadera.
Rapid investigations by Hadera police soon led to the arrest of two suspects, residents of their 20s, on suspicion of involvement in the incident.
All the suspects were brought for questioning at the Hadera police station and the police intend to bring them to a hearing in the city Magistrate's Court to extend their detention.
