Thousands are expected to respond to the call of the Yeshiva of Chumash and arrive in the late morning in Shavei Shomron, from where a march is planned to take place in the direction of Chumash.
The military has already announced that the march is not approved and intends to place barriers to prevent the march from taking place.
It is now clear that the army also informed the Knesset guard that it would not be possible to arrive with armored vehicles.

About three weeks ago, a letter was sent to the Rosh Yeshiva, Rabbi Elisha Cohen, from the Samaria General Staff, on behalf of the Samaria Brigadier General, Col. Roi Zweig.

The letter states that it is dangerous to hold the march at such a sensitive time in terms of security, and even near four hostile villages and without IDF security. In the letter, "Whoever chooses to bypass the IDF forces stationed in the area and walk dangerous routes and close to the villages, will put his life on the line.
Despite this, registration for the march continues and organizers estimate that thousands will participate.
Several Knesset members from the Religious Zionist Party also announced that they would attend the march, despite the army's announcement to the Knesset Guard.
MK Itamar Ben Gvir, who has been receiving close security from the Knesset guard in recent weeks due to Hamas threats, said in response: "We will not infringe on the freedom of movement of Knesset members, certainly not our right to go to Eretz Israel."
