Today, the Iraqi police arrested a leader of the terrorist organization ISIS in Nineveh Governorate, in the north of the country.
Alsumaria News quoted the Security Media Cell as saying in a statement: “The National Security Apparatus in Nineveh Governorate managed to arrest one of the ISIS leaders,” noting that the terrorist worked in the so-called Bureau of Justice and Grievances in Nineveh County.
The cell indicated that the terrorist will be referred to the competent judiciary after completing investigations with him.
The Iraqi security forces arrested five terrorists yesterday in Kirkuk governorate.
