A cat was shot at with a metal arrow in Central Franconia and was seriously injured.
Now the police are looking for witnesses to the crime.
Gerhardshofen – In Gerhardshofen in Central Franconia (Neustadt an der Aisch-Bad Windsheim district), a previously unknown person shot a cat with a metal arrow.

, citing the police, the animal's owner noticed the injuries on Thursday evening (April 14) around 8:15 p.m.

The arrow had to be surgically removed.
However, the cat is not out of the woods yet, it is still in mortal danger due to the serious injuries.
The police recovered the metal arrow after the operation and examined it.
