Four days after sinking in the Black Sea, images of the Russian flagship are appearing on social media for the first time.
A very short video, just two seconds, shows thick black smoke billowing from the front of the cruiser.
On the three photos that accompany it, we see the ship “
listing
” to port, that is to say, leaning on its left side, obviously about to sink.

Internet users and experts are trying to interpret these photographs in the light of the partial information already collected, via satellites, on the circumstances of the sinking.
While kyiv announced on Thursday that it had sunk the ship by firing Neptune missiles, Moscow for its part advanced an explosion of ammunition which would have forced the crew to leave on board.
No crew member is visible in these new images.
The Russian Ministry of Defense released a video on Saturday presented as showing a meeting between the head of the navy and survivors of the cruiser.
A hundred men in uniform are lined up there at attention, without the images being able to be verified.
