Kazakov expressed regret that the main measure in financial dealings between countries is the US dollar, as the United States adopted the policy of exploiting this factor as a tool of pressure on countries that are not traveling in its passengers, calling for reconsideration and the establishment of a new financial transaction system based on reliance on local national currencies.
