【07:30】去年平安夜開幕的維港水上單車，在停業三個月後今日終於重開。負責人坦言，停業期間難免造成一定損失，但眼見疫情轉好，市面恢復熱鬧，對未來感樂觀，希望市民可以邊踩「鴨仔船」邊享受維港景色。維港水上單車在現時推出優惠，經網上預約，周一至周五上午時段可享半價優惠，以100元租用二人船或140元租四人船，而下午亦有六折，兩款船分別收費120或168元。

【01:30】第五波疫情緩和，本港過千間健身室停業逾三個月，苦候多日終於獲准復業。24小時營業的連鎖健身中心「24/7 Fitness」，於今日（21日）凌晨零時率先復業，面積過萬呎的新蒲崗的分店，已有五名市民，急不及待到場等待健身，半小時後已有數十人入場，有市民稱體重已增加四五公斤，強調不能等待至明日，「肌肉唔等得！要開始返嚟。」
