The President of the Russian Republic of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov announced that the Azovstal plant in Mariupol would be completely liberated from the hands of the Ukrainian ultra-nationalists.
"Today the Azovstal plant will be under the full control of the Russian armed forces. The fighters are on standby and only some time is needed," Kadyrov said on his Telegram channel, stressing that there would no longer be any room for the people of Donbass to suffer.
“For the West and Europe, this is unpleasant news, but for ordinary people who want to live in peace and harmony, this is very pleasant,” Kadyrov added.
A group of Ukrainian troops and the extremist Nazi Azov battalion are holed up in the factory, which has become their last pocket before the full liberation of Mariupol.
