The terrorist organization expresses satisfaction with the demonstrations in support of the Temple Mount.

Hamas has expressed satisfaction with the demonstrations in support of the terrorist organization on the Temple Mount over the weekend.

The crowds in the Al-Aqsa Mosque plaza at the end of Ramadan's third Friday prayers, the waving of green flags, the shouts of praise in the organization's military wing, were seen by its leaders as Palestinian support for Jerusalem.

Hamas claimed that the shouts of the masses in the name of Muhammad Daf, the commander of the military wing, "express confidence in what he stands for."

It added that "the unification of the Palestinian people in Jerusalem around the symbols of resistance and the raising of its flags, reflects the depth of belief in the option of resistance as a way of restoring the land and the holy places."

This demonstration of power would not have been possible anywhere else in the capital other than the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

In this respect, Hamas is using the place for political purposes, and trying to turn the arena of prayer into a scene of confrontation with Israel.

Hamas also has difficulty organizing such processions in the Judea and Samaria region. The PA is waiting for its people in the corner, and the security forces are stopping them.

This leads to condemnations in the organization about Abu Mazen and calls for an end to security coordination with Israel.

In Ramallah and Amman, Hamas, Hezb al-Tahrir and other elements on the Temple Mount are following with great concern.

Abu Mazen himself is embarrassed by the sights that came out of al-Aqsa, as this indicates that his Hamas rivals continue to gain strength, both in Jerusalem and in Judea and Samaria. Jordan, for its part, is sensitive to its status in al-Aqsa. Hamas and other elements to increase their influence there, even strengthen Abdullah's domestic rivals: the Muslim Brotherhood and extremist Palestinian elements in Jordan.

Demonstrations in support of the Palestinians and al-Aqsa were organized in Amman on Friday, during which the masses called for the return of the Jordanian ambassador from Israel.

In the royal palace there is a constant fear of protests on the Jordanian street, which could threaten the stability of the kingdom.

Therefore, the Palestinian leadership in Ramallah is concentrating diplomatic efforts and contacts with Jordan around the Temple Mount.

After all, recent events indicate that the PA's impact on what is happening in the capital and on the Temple Mount is diminishing.
