The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that 90 foreign citizens are still being held by the Ukrainian forces and their Nazi formations for use as human shields.
The head of the Russian National Defense Administration Center, Lieutenant-General Mikhail Mezintsev, said that 90 foreign citizens remained held hostage by the Ukrainian Nazis for using them as human shields.
Mizintsev had stated on March 21 that Ukrainian nationalists were holding 6,134 foreign citizens from 10 countries hostage.
Mizintsev noted that 76 foreign ships from 18 countries are still trapped in seven Ukrainian ports and cannot go out to sea due to the danger of heavy shelling and mines deployed by Kyiv forces.
