The young workers are changing direction and are mainly looking for jobs from home and office work - according to data from "Sahbak", a website for finding jobs for young people.
The data show that the number of job seekers is similar to last year, but the number of jobs in each field has almost doubled, so there is difficulty in recruiting in all fields.

The most sought after areas among job seekers are: housework, administration and various office jobs, security, fashion and restaurants.
The leading job vacancies are administration jobs with 457 job vacancies and customer service with 344 jobs.
In the sales field you can find 677 job vacancies.
Moreover, in the restaurant sector there are 515 vacancies, compared to 325 in the corresponding period last year, and in the fashion sector - 193 jobs compared to 147 in the same period last year.
Adam Barkat, CEO of Sahbak, told Israel Today: "There have been many upheavals in Corona, and now things are back to normal.
In terms of the number of job seekers - the numbers before and during the corona are similar.
On the other hand, the market opened and grew after it was stuck.
There are more jobs, but there are not enough job seekers.
"The unemployment rate now is very low, and there is growth in every industry. From waitresses and security to high-tech - there is no manpower in Israel," Barkat emphasizes.
"We see that most young people who used to look for a job where they earn more per hour, such as waitresses, are now looking for administration and sales jobs, so that they have an advantage for the rest of their careers.
"To me, it's part of the story that everyone wants to work in high-tech," Barkat suggests.
"Today, young people understand that a serious job resume is worth more than a job in security and waitresses."
Barkat adds that "there is also more search for work from home in order to combine studies and additional work."
Stress for employees is also reflected in incentives.
He said, "Some advertisers would offer in exchange for three months of iPhone work, perseverance grants and even signing grants, which had previously been offered in more serious jobs."
