While elsewhere people were still looking at the weather report with concern, the people of Dietersheim were already celebrating.
Her maypole was already there on Saturday.
Dietersheim
- He was almost the harbinger of the maypole wave in the district: Already on Saturday - i.e. still in April - the Dietersheim Maibaumverein put up its 33.50 meter high and around two and a half ton tree.
This has 20 panels and was the center of the small village festival.
(By the way: everything from the region is now also available in our regular Freising newsletter.)
And there was also a lot to do around it: there was dancing into May, beer gardens and an ox eaten by half of Dietersheim.
