Spadi further claimed that there is a consensus in the world regarding the status quo in Jerusalem, and that "the entire Temple Mount is an exclusive place of worship for Muslims and any attempt to change this is playing with fire."
Abdullah arrived in New York yesterday to receive the Road to Peace Award with his wife, Queen Rania.
The award is presented by an institution of the Vatican delegation to the United Nations. From there he will travel to Washington to continue his working visit that began on Friday.
