Jean Castex had thus taken his first steps at Matignon in July 2020 with 55% of positive judgments, like Edouard Philippe in May 2017. Manuel Valls (58%), Jean-Marc Ayrault (65%) and François Fillon (62%) benefited they also have more wind at their backs.
We have to go back to Dominique de Villepin, appointed Prime Minister of Jacques Chirac in June 2005, to find similar starting capital (44%).
