Zhang Zhujun, director of the Infectious Diseases Division of the Centre for Health Protection of the Department of Health, said that there were 446 new confirmed cases today, of which 176 were positive for nucleic acid testing and 270 were positive for rapid testing.

64 imported cases were found after 10 entered the community
Among the newly confirmed cases today, 64 were imported cases, of which 30 were found during sampling at the airport's temporary sample collection centre.
However, 10 cases were found in community tests after quarantine persons completed the 7-day quarantine, of which eight were positive for nucleic acid tests and two were positive for rapid tests.
Zhang Zhujun pointed out that most of the rapid test positive cases have high CT values, which are believed to be Fuyang, and some have low CT values or local infections.

During the infectious period, the patient visited restaurants in various places, including Kornhill Harbour Restaurant at noon on May 26, and at Baifang Chi Shang at Cityplaza at 2:00 pm on May 27 and May 30. Bento, went to a Chinese restaurant in Wanchai on the afternoon of May 28, went to the Café de Coral at Emerald Pearl Plaza on the evening of the same day, and had dinner at PopCorn Jade Garden in Tseung Kwan O on the evening of May 29.
Zhang Zhujun pointed out that the above-mentioned local cases have seen other transmissions, but they will all be included in the mandatory testing announcement.
