The branch of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent in Daraa governorate provided a 100 kilovolt-ampere generator to the polyclinic complex in Daraa with the aim of continuing health services during the period of power outage.
The head of the Red Crescent branch, Dr. Ahmed Al-Masalma, told SANA reporter that the generator for the complex was secured to avoid long and frequent power cuts, especially for departments that work around the clock, such as the college and obstetrics.
Al-Masalma added that the Red Crescent branch seeks, in cooperation with all parties, to improve the reality of services in the governorate, pointing out that the generator was secured in cooperation with the Daraa Health Directorate and with the support of the International Committee of the Red Cross.
