The Spanish Ministry of Health announced the registration of 12 new cases of monkeypox virus during the past 24 hours.
The ministry stated in a statement that the total number of confirmed cases of the virus in Spain has reached 198 since the outbreak began in the country.
Yesterday, the ministry recorded 30 cases of monkeypox virus.
