Gili Tal, an inspector in the Jerusalem municipality, received a call today (Monday) about a woman kneeling to give birth in the Neve Ya'akov neighborhood of Jerusalem.
He immediately got on the motorcycle and drove towards the place quickly.
'I worked in the north of the city and during the work I got a call about a woman giving birth.

The fetus' head was almost outside.
The baby came out, I put it on the mother's belly and cut the umbilical cord.
"Then an MDA ambulance arrived and he was taken to Shaare Zedek Hospital," the inspector described the tense moments.
