Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian reiterated his country's supportive stance for the Palestinian people's struggle and just resistance despite all the pressures Iran is facing.
And the Iranian IRNA news agency quoted Abdullahian as saying during his meeting with clerics, political figures and leaders of Palestinian and Lebanese factions: “Just as we will not retreat from adhering to the rights of the Iranian people, we will not ignore the Palestinian issue and the rights of the Palestinian people, and we will continue our support for their resistance and struggle for freedom.”
Abdullahian added that the political solution to the Palestinian issue lies in the return of the refugees.
Abdullahian had confirmed earlier that the existence of the Israeli occupation entity represents a threat to the security of all countries in the region, stressing that Iran wants the best for all, while (Israel) is the source of chaos.
