They are said to have caused a fire in the "Why not Mallorca" restaurant with cigarettes.
The men belong to a bowling club from Münster and are between 24 and 29 years old.

They left the prison in the capital Palma around 10 p.m. on Tuesday evening, according to the

newspaper and other regional media, citing judicial circles on the Spanish island.
Relatives in Germany are said to have previously paid a deposit of 12,000 euros.
The Mallorca Zeitung
reported that their rooms would not have faced the roof where the fire broke out .

One of the suspects was released unconditionally on Friday.
He had an alibi: at the time the fire broke out, he was in the shower.
However, eight suspects must remain in custody.
The judge refuses to release him on bail.

Pre-trial detention in Spain can last months, but also up to four years.

The lawyer for the Germans had previously announced on Tuesday that the families of the vacationers had pooled 500,000 euros for joint and several liability.
The suspects wanted to confirm their willingness to cooperate, explained lawyer Raban Funk.
The Spanish investigating magistrate had set the sum.
What caused the fire at party hotel in Mallorca arson?
The fire broke out around 3pm on May 20 on a thatched roof of a bar on Calle Berga in s'Arenal de Llucmajor.
The Germans are said to have thrown burning butts and alcohol from a hotel balcony onto the roof of a bar at Ballermann.
The terrace's thatched roof caught fire and two bars, an apartment and parts of a pub were damaged.
Two people, a man and a woman, needed medical treatment for smoke inhalation and a lacerated foot,
Diario de Mallorca
reported .
The young men deny setting the fire.
The lawyer said that an expert report on the origin of the fire commissioned by the Spanish investigative authority was not yet available.
However, this report will "reveal further, objectively exculpatory moments," wrote the lawyer.
