So what can already accumulate in the depths of the sea between the magical coral reefs?

It turns out that a lot of large and heavy waste.

"The clean-up operation required preparation to locate the waste coming from the bottom of the bay, mark it, and the natural values that grew and were based on these elements that were in the water for a long time," explained Omri Omasi, inspector of the Eilat Marine and Nature Authority.

'Later, the corals and other protected natural resources based on the waste had to be cut off.

This is a delicate and professional job that had to be done safely and correctly.

This is basically a copying of nature values in favor of finding new homes, "said Eran Nissenboim, deputy commander of the Northern Divers Rescue Unit." This is a rather complex underwater cleaning operation.

"The police rescue unit arrived with parachutes that helped flood the heavy debris from the bottom and from there we took the debris out of the boat and pulled out."

The waste from the water was loaded on large garbage containers after sorting and separation.

From here the waste came out and was assimilated at an approved waste site.

The activity was also carried out with the help of level bags and ropes that the field people brought with them and with the kind help of all the volunteers who came for the benefit of the activity.

The operation lasted two days in the Gulf of Eilat.
