Miniatur Wunderland Hamburg: Half a million euros bonus for employees

Especially with regard to a demanding summer, the bosses want to motivate their employees.

"Since we now have the second extreme summer ahead of us and are still only letting in 70 percent of the guests from before, the team will have to go to its limits again," says Frederik Braun of the Hamburger Abendblatt.

"Since the employees will do this again without any ifs, ands, or buts, and at the same time there is a feeling that the summer does not have any further restrictions in store for us, we want to reward them every month for being so strong and loyal."
