A rainstorm swept the Turkish city of Istanbul, causing damage to dozens of buildings and facilities.
Anadolu Agency, the Turkish regime's spokeswoman, quoted Istanbul Governor Ali Yerlikaya as saying that 128 houses and three factories, in addition to many facilities, were damaged by torrential rains in the Esenyurt region in the European side of the city.
He added that the residents of about 70 percent of the houses affected by the torrents were evacuated in Esenyurt, the most affected area by the heavy rains in the city.
And the Met Office expected rain to continue until this evening.
