During a speech by President Joe Biden at the White House on Monday to mark the latest legislation to increase U.S. arms control, Manuel Oliver, whose son was killed in a 2018 school massacre in Florida, burst out at him.

Oliver, whose son Joachim was killed along with 16 other people, interrupted Biden after the president said the latest legislation "proved all those who said it was impossible to move forward on the issue."
Oliver shouted at him, "More needs to be done."
He shouted at her again and again and received applause.
The president first reacted strongly and ordered him to stop.
"Listen to me again!".
But later when he saw that they were trying to stop him by force, he told those present and the security guards "Let him talk, let him talk. We need to do more despite the real progress in legislation".
