Little Victoria could hardly wait early Friday morning and was born even faster than the first responder from the Feldafing fire brigade was with the family.

When the First Responder arrived at the family in Feldafing, the baby was already born.

Feldafing

– Faster than the stork allows: With these words, the volunteer fire brigade Feldafing describes an operation on Friday at 0.33 a.m.

Although this is included in the fire service statistics as an "other event", everyone involved should remember it forever.

It's a completely unplanned home birth.

The First Responder of the Feldafinger Wehr was alerted to the family's apartment by the integrated control center in Fürstenfeldbruck.

Apparently, the child was in such a hurry that there was no time to drive to a clinic and visit a delivery room there.

"When our First Responder arrived, the father had just given birth to his healthy daughter," the Feldafinger reported on their Facebook page.

"After cutting the umbilical cord and a quick examination, the mother was also able to hold her child in her arms." When the emergency doctor and rescue service arrived a little later, the child was already whining "healthy and happy".

"Nevertheless, the mother and daughter went to the hospital to be absolutely sure."

Victoria is the name of the baby who was in such a hurry to be born.

"We wish the family, which has now grown as a member, all the best for their future and hope that they will always think back to this eventful night with a smile on their faces," writes the fire brigade.

"Our First Responder will definitely do this." The first responders stationed at the fire brigade are on call every day from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Last year they were called to 357 missions.
