With a new format, the Art Working Group is drawing attention to itself in Hallbergmoos.

"Art on the fence" is to become an outdoor experience.

Hallbergmoos

- The fact that "outdoor" also means that a summer rain pours over the open-air gallery was something that the six artists involved had to experience right at the opening: with umbrellas and rain jackets, they went to the site fences that were specially erected around the site.

Attached to it are works by Anneliese Adelsperger, Mandy Böhme, Inez Eckenbach-Henning, Gerhild Hoffmann, Stefanie Ihlefeldt and Renate Sacher.

Not the originals in their actual size, but their images printed on PVC banners.

Otherwise the watercolours, acrylic paintings and mixed media would have dissolved in (rain) water on the day of the opening.

In order to make the exhibition areas resistant to storms and bad weather, the fences stand in a triangle on concrete bases.

The artists can be contacted via a QR code

The open-air gallery moves monthly: First it can be seen in the sports and leisure park, later in Goldachpark and on the meadow at Rathausplatz.

If you are interested in one of the pictures, you can scan the attached QR code and contact the artists directly.

(By the way: everything from the region is now also available in our regular Freising newsletter.)

Inez Eckenbach-Henning, head of the working group, said they were inspired by a similar project that took place in Freising last year.

Cultural officer Andrea Holzmann thanked the head of the AK for her courage to tackle something new - and to make art tangible for all citizens.

"Art can wake you up, stimulate, make you think, encourage and change your perspective," emphasized Holzmann.

Exhibition

locations are the Bürgerpark in the sports and leisure park (until August 6th), Goldachpark (until September 6th) and the meadow at Rathausplatz (until October 7th).
