Following the announcement of the expected declaration of flight permits by Israeli airlines over Saudi Arabia, MK Mansour Abbas (RAAM) stressed this evening (Thursday) that Jordan, through which Arab-Israelis carried out the pilgrimage to the holy sites of Islam in Saudi Arabia for decades, must not be ignored. .

"Jordan must be a partner in any agreement in the region," he said.

In an interview broadcast on the i24NEWS television channel, Abbas defined Israeli Arabs as Palestinians and said that improving relations with Arab countries should come in parallel with progress in relations with the Palestinians. 

Following the interview, the RAAM party clarified the RAAM chairman said: "Improving relations with Israel and with every country in the region, and especially Saudi Arabia, should not come at the expense of Jordan."
