The 55-year-old was killed on the night of July 8-9, after going out armed to stop loud conversations from a group

Judicial information was opened on Tuesday by the Nanterre prosecutor's office after the murder of a 55-year-old man last weekend at the foot of his building in Issy-les-Moulineaux.

According to the Actu17 site which reveals the information, the victim would have succumbed after having received two bullets, in one arm and in the chest.

His body also showed several stab wounds.

According to the first elements of the investigation entrusted to the SDPJ 92, a simple neighborhood conflict could be at the origin of this tragedy.

The victim, a VTC driver, seemed to want to stop the exchanges, a little too noisy for his taste, of a small group of individuals who were talking near a car parked under his windows.

But to obtain the silence he was hoping for, the man did not come down from his house with his hands in his pockets.

“He grabbed a flash-ball and an automatic pistol, blows someone close to the file.

A declared pistol, which he was entitled to have.

Once in rue Aristide-Briand, a few meters from the young people, the VTC driver would have first used his flash-ball, before using his automatic pistol twice in the direction of the group.

In response, the men they were targeting allegedly threw themselves on him, before stabbing him several times.

Two men arrested, a third surrendered

One of the members of the group would then have managed to take his automatic pistol with which he would have opened fire.

“There are still a lot of things to be clarified, nuance a person close to the file.

The reasons for the dispute are under investigation and are not yet certain.

The day after the incident, two men aged 32 and 24 were arrested by PJ investigators.

In police custody, they were joined a few hours later by a third individual, 29 years old.

The latter spontaneously went to the police station with the firm intention of filing a complaint against the victim, whom he accused of having targeted him.

The man, like the others involved, seemed to be unaware of the death of the victim.

The investigators, themselves, gradually establish the responsibilities and the involvement of each other.

The 32-year-old man, residing in Meudon, is thus suspected of being the one who opened fire on the victim after having disarmed him.

The famous automatic pistol and the flash-ball were notably found during the search carried out at his home.

"The three men have been indicted," said the Nanterre prosecutor's office.

Among them, two were remanded in custody and one under judicial supervision.

The police in charge of the investigations are looking for the 4th individual present on the spot the evening of the facts.
