At about 1:30 am today (16th), the Anti-Triad Action Team of Kwai Tsing Police District smashed a suspected unlicensed bar in an industrial building unit on Ta Chuen Ping Street, Kwai Chung, and seized about 300 cans of beer, 53 bottles of spirits and A batch of bar equipment.
During the operation, the female person in charge surnamed Li (20 years old) was arrested on suspicion of "unlicensed sale of alcoholic beverages" and "unlicensed possession of alcoholic beverages for sale." 34 years old) is involved in "drinking in premises without a liquor license", and they will be charged, and the minimum one is a 15-year-old girl.
All were also fined for contravening the Prevention and Control of Disease Regulation (Cap. 599F).

The man in charge surnamed Cao (37 years old) was arrested on suspicion of "unlicensed sale of alcoholic beverages" and violation of the Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and Directions) (Business and Premises) Regulation (Cap. 599F); 17 males and 8 females (aged 16 to 59) was arrested on suspicion of "drinking alcohol on premises without a liquor licence" and was fined for contravening the Prevention and Control of Disease (Prohibition of Gathering) Regulation (Cap. 599G). All are being detained.
During the operation, police officers seized 500 cans of beer, 16 bottles of foreign wine, a batch of audio-visual equipment and bar equipment.
