The US forecasts the largest wage increase in 15 years for 2023

According to a survey of more than 1,400 organizations, conducted by the advisory firm Willis Towers Watson, in the US next year it is expected to grant the largest salary increase recorded in the country in the last 15 years.

But the average increase of 4.1% will not compensate for inflation.
