Dieter Bohlen returns to DSDS.
But RTL announced the end of the show shortly after the mega announcement.
Some doubt whether the casting show will finally come to an end.
Cologne – A few days ago, TV fans received the sensational message: Dieter Bohlen is returning to DSDS.
But shortly thereafter, RTL surprisingly announced the end of the casting show.
However, evidence is said to have appeared that points to a continuation of the successful show.

After 18 years as chief juror judging the singing talent of various candidates, Dieter Bohlen had to vacate his place in 2022.
This also caused the ratings to plummet, because the viewers didn't like the new jury and demanded the pop titan back - with success.
Because for the 20th season of DSDS, Dieter Bohlen returns to his chief judge position.
“After two very successful decades, we will celebrate the show one last time.
And Dieter Bohlen shouldn't be missing for the grand finale," announced RTL entertainment boss Markus Küttner in a press release from the TV station.
But despite Dieter Bohlen's comeback, DSDS should finally come to an end.
However, some want to doubt the truthfulness of this statement, because it does not have to be completely over for the show.

According to bild.de, RTL is said to have acquired a license for the successful casting show until 2025. The fees for this also apply if DSDS 2024 and 2025 is not on the TV program. Therefore, the broadcaster could broadcast the casting show after 2023.
It remains to be seen whether this will also be the case.
RTL has not yet commented on it.
