The Syrian-Iranian dialogue training program for senior administrative leaders concluded this evening, which is the fruit of cooperation between the two countries in the field of administrative development and human capacity building.

During his attendance at the closing dialogue session of the training program, Prime Minister Eng. Hussein Arnous clarified the importance of the program in developing skills and experiences, learning about the experience of a country that shares the same conditions and benefiting from the Iranian experience in Syrian educational institutes specialized in the field of administrative development and management science, stressing the need for ministerial assistants to take their role. Fully presenting visions and strategic plans for developing work in ministries, especially in the reconstruction and reconstruction phase.

Engineer Arnous pointed to the need to monitor the training impact and its reflection on the work, performance and economic returns of ministries, and to monitor performance through measurable indicators, stressing that training is a catalyst for creativity and proposing solutions to problems and difficulties facing work, and the importance of optimally investing available resources and directing them towards development and service priorities.

The Prime Minister indicated that despite the lack of capabilities and scarcity of resources as a result of the siege and the war on Syria, many service and development facilities were rehabilitated through work, design and will, and the completion of a number of strategic projects. For her part, the Minister of Administrative Development, Dr. Salam Safaf, confirmed that the scientific axes of the training program that were discussed included important ideas and mechanisms to address problems and how to approach them with the current circumstances and develop new visions for the next stages, noting that the training program dealt with a number of government work titles, including prevention of corruption and institutional transparency. .

The Minister of Administrative Development said that a significant percentage of the quality standards planned by the government had been achieved through this training program, while work continued to achieve new steps within the administrative reform project, which would contribute to improving performance in various sectors.

In turn, the Iranian ambassador in Damascus, Mahdi Sobhani, stressed the importance of strengthening bilateral relations in all fields by taking advantage of the opportunities available on both sides, pointing to the growing relations between Syria and Iran in the administrative field, which constitutes an important step for the relations between the two countries.

At the conclusion of the dialogue session, certificates were distributed to the trainees.
