A network model undressed for photos in front of a luxury house (CCTV footage)

An Australian network influencer was caught on security cameras of a luxury mansion entering the property, taking off her clothes and posing in a bikini against the background of the greenery and pool on the premises.

The owner of the mansion, Nick McDonald, claims that this is not the first time this has happened to him and that many other women have been caught in the past taking pictures outside his 4 million dollar mansion - only this last one continued to take pictures even after he went out to confront her.

Model Holly Chesman was caught with her pants down, literally, after she decided without asking permission to use Nick's luxury mansion in Palm Beach, Australia, as the backdrop for her Instagram bikini photos.

The mansion has a white front entrance surrounded by greenery and a pool - proving irresistible.

The millionaire who lives there shared a video from his security camera in which the influencer is seen holding out her phone to a man standing outside the frame, pulling her jeans down to her ankles and posing in a bikini.

Chesman, who has nearly 13,000 followers on Instagram, later used one of the photos for her profile.

Nick said she's just one of many influencers and models who frequent outside his home's picture-perfect entrance - and admitted he'd have failed in his aim if the home hadn't attracted attention.

"I knew what awaited me," he told the Daily Mail, "we designed it to be breathtaking."

The owner of the property stated that due to the isolation of the house, he is not too bothered when people pass by and use it as a photo set.

Those who invade the compound are recorded on the security cameras, with an alert sent to Nick's phone to notify him of any suspicious activity outside.

According to him, the living areas are remote from the entrance to the house and are a whole level above the street - which offers him and his wife, Bridget, complete privacy.

The home, equipped with state-of-the-art security, was recently put up for sale with the assistance of agent Ed Cherry, of Harcourts Coastal.

He said the influencers "had balls" when it came to taking pictures on the property, given that all trespassers knew they were being recorded on security cameras.

Ed believes influencers are drawn to the home's entrance, which features plenty of greenery and a glimpse of a glass-bottomed swimming pool.

He said Nick, who owns his own construction company, was fully aware that the secluded beachfront villa might attract attention.

The agent said: "He understands that this is what happens when you have a beautiful house."

Nick added that Ms Chesman's latest visit was "the most daring yet" as when he went over to speak to her, she just stood there, smiled and told him: "You don't mind me taking a bit of a picture here, do you?"

and continued with her plan.

However, Nick is flattered by the attention his property is receiving.

He told realestate.com: "I guess if you're designing a house as a film set, you're trying to create this different aesthetic throughout the space. That's also how we approached the design of this project, so it's a great fit from the point of view of its visual appeal."
