A large influx of David Ortiz fans turned out in Cooperstown to witness the Dominican baseball player's induction into the Hall of Fame.
According to Major League Baseball, nearly 35,000 people attended the venue to witness the passage to immortality of "Big Papi", Tony Oliva and Orestes "Minnie" Miñoso, among the seven players who entered the class of 2022 to the list of the best in history.
