Muhammad Bakr Kalibf told the "Tasnim" news agency that his men managed to thwart several "plots of Zionist agents" in the territory of Iran • The minister rejected the criticism within the regime of his vulnerability to infiltration and assassinations

The Iranian Minister of Intelligence, Mohammad Bakr Kalif, claimed today (Wednesday) that Iran has carried out several "successful actions" against Israel in recent weeks, including thwarting Israeli attacks on Iranian territory, the "Tasnim" news agency reported.

According to the allegations, the minister submitted to the Supreme Islamic Council, the government of Iran, a report listing several successful operations by the Intelligence Ministry against what he calls "Zionist agents" in the territory of Iran and abroad.

"We see today that the enemy is unable to use the difficulties and shortages of our people in order to undermine the stability and security of the residents of the Islamic Republic, despite all the actions he is trying to take. One of the reasons for this is the vigilance of the Ministry of Intelligence, which is attentive to the public and interacts with it for the sake of the security of the country ", said the minister.

The context in which the words were said is the growing criticism of the Revolutionary Guards and Iran's intelligence services that are failing to stop the wave of assassinations and acts of sabotage carried out, according to foreign reports, by Israel's emissaries in the country.
