July 2022 has become the second driest month in France since records began in 1958, according to Météo France. In the first place,


This summer, temperature records are broken week after week.

On Monday, Météo France announced that July 2022 has become the driest month of July in France with only 9.7 mm of precipitation across the country, compared to 90.8 mm last year.

That is a drop of 84% compared to normal over the period 1991-2020, according to the weather organization.

Impressive figures, certainly, but which are nevertheless less than those of the month which remains historically the driest in recent history: March 1961. March yes, you read correctly.
