Amazon reveals epic trailer for "The Lord of the Rings" 1:26

Fans of the universe created by JRR Tolkien are celebrating, because "The Lord of the Rings" returns to the screen.
The famous fantasy saga is back, but now on television and not in theaters, thanks to the new exclusive Amazon Prime Video series, "The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power".
The series, which is believed to be the most expensive in the history of television, will have eight chapters in its first season: the first two premiere on September 2 and the eighth arrives on October 14.
"The Rings of Power" is set thousands of years before the events of "The Hobbit" and "The Lord of the Rings" trilogies.
We will be able to see well-known characters from Tolkien's universe such as Galadriel, Elrond, Isildur or Sauron, and new additions created specifically for this series.
Specifically, this new production takes place in the Second Age of Arda (the latter is the name of the world where Tolkien's universe is located), and will show how the rings of power were forged in a time of apparent peace in which evil resurfaces. .
In addition, it will present how the Last Alliance of elves and men was formed.
