On Saturday August 20, you published on Twitter, this organ of fast-thinking, a message in which you expressed your astonishment at the dissemination of images where we saw detainees from Fresnes prison taking part in a karting race, as part of an event organized by a local association with the approval of your administration, and which brought together prison staff, prisoners, young people from the city.
You ordered an investigation.
You said in the same message that
"the fight against recidivism certainly does not go through karting!".
