The day before yesterday (25th), the severe tropical storm "Ma Saddle" hit Hong Kong. Shortly after the typhoon signal No. 8 was lowered by the Observatory at 10:00 in the morning, a Western medicine clinic on the ground floor of No. 65 Tai Ho Road, Tsuen Wan was reported to have been stolen. The glass door was smashed, and the loss of about 30,000 yuan in cash.
The police said that after intelligence analysis and in-depth investigation, officers from the Tsuen Wan Police District Intelligence Unit and the Task Force arrested a man surnamed Huang at about 6:30 p.m. yesterday (26th) outside a unit at Shek Tao House, Shek Wai Kok Village, Tsuen Wan. (33 years old) man, who is being detained on suspicion of "burglary".
At his residence, officers seized the clothes that he was suspected to be wearing at the time of the crime.
The case was handed over to the Tsuen Wan District Criminal Investigation Team for follow-up.

The police reiterated that burglary is a serious crime. According to Section 11 of the Theft Ordinance, Chapter 210 of the Laws of Hong Kong, upon conviction, the maximum penalty is imprisonment for 14 years.
The police appeal to the public not to try the law out of greed.
