At about 10 am on Wednesday morning, during the operation of the Badao restaurant at No. 74 Yuhua Street, a 20-year-old man surnamed Feng entered the restaurant through the back door and attacked the 45-year-old proprietor Zeng with a knife, causing his head and neck to break. 4 stab wounds, the man was arrested on suspicion of wounding and charged with two counts of causing grievous bodily harm with intent and possessing an offensive weapon. The case appeared in the Kowloon City Magistrates' Courts yesterday (25th).
The restaurant was closed for one day after the incident.
The proprietress Wei Tai told "Hong Kong 01" that she has resumed work today after being closed for a day. She said that because she received many condolences from neighbors and guests, especially the elderly neighbors, "I don't want my parents-in-law to worry, but I hope that my ability allows.
