Mexican actor Eugenio Derbez will undergo surgery after having suffered an accident a few days ago, said his wife, Alessandra Rosaldo, in a statement published this Monday on his verified Instagram profile and on the actor's profile.
Rosaldo said that the injuries suffered by Derbez were delicate and that the operation is complicated, but that it does not compromise the artist's health.
The wife of the Mexican actor did not specify what type of accident she suffered or what parts of Derbez's body resulted in the delicate injuries that she mentions in the statement, nor where the accident occurred.
Rosaldo added that the actor will be in a long recovery process and in therapy after his surgical intervention.
