The Directorate of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection in Lattakia organized today 10 seizures against the activities of restaurants that rented 169 cylinders and are closed with the intention of trading and achieving financial gain, and the total fines amounted to more than 25 million Syrian pounds.
The Director of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection in Lattakia, Ahmed Zaher, told SANA reporter that the directorate closed the violating restaurants, stopped their allocations permanently, and took legal measures against the violators and referred them to the competent judiciary.
Zaher pointed out that the directorate organized, during its tours of private bakeries, two seizures of violating the supply of flour in the amount of 116 bags against Al-Tala’a Gardens bakery, and a fine of more than 37.5 million Syrian pounds, and a fine against Al-Kharnouba Bakery for violating the amount of 90 bags, and the violator was fined a boat of 25 million pounds.
