Elizabeth II has died and her eldest son, Charles, is now officially King of England.
At 73, the eldest son of Elizabeth and the Duke of Edinburgh will ascend to the British throne.
After Carlos, it is Guillermo, son of his first marriage with Diana of Wales, who becomes the heir to the throne.
This 2022 Elizabeth II celebrated for several days and in her Platinum Jubilee that she had completed 70 years on the throne.
Although on Tuesday she received the new prime minister, Liz Truss, at Balmoral, just a few hours later, on Wednesday, she canceled the events she had planned.
The alarms definitely jumped at noon on Thursday when, from Buckingham Palace, great concern was announced about the queen's health.
